Built in 1621 for the Guild of Tailors,
renovated and transformed in 1998 and now offering 42 bedrooms,
equivalent of a three star standard.
Located in the Cowgate, which is an extension of the Grassmarket,
Tailors Hall Hotel is only minutes walk from the Royal Mile. |

The hotel does not have a car park, however we recommend the NCP St Johns Hill car park, located just 5 mins walk from the hotel and guests receive a % discount on parking.
The entrance to the hotel and bar is through the cobbled courtyard. Stag
& Hen groups are welcomed at the weekends when the Cowgate area comes
alive with a mixture of locals and visitors alike.
Major sporting events are shown on a large screen in the cobbled
courtyard if the hotel weather permitting. |
|
The Three Sisters Pub is located next to the reception and is open daily
from 9am until 1am but later during the Edinburgh Festival and key event
dates. Noise from the pub can affect bedrooms overlooking the courtyard.
The Pub serves food daily and “Upstairs” serves guests a traditional
Scottish breakfast. |
